I lost one of my ski pole baskets and emailed folkrm about getting a replacement. I emailed at 9:30pm and had a response from CJ by 9:35 letting me know they would provide a replacement for me. It was in the mail within 2 days and I was back in business. What a great company and they know how important customers are! I have told all my friends about this company and their superb customer service! The ski poles are amazing too!!
Lost a basket on day one. Folkrm got new baskets out to me pronto and filled me in on a detail I missed in the first place. A wrap of electrical tape on the threads lock the baskets in!!
Excellent customer service! I lost a basket because I didn't follow the directions & wrap electrical tape on threads. Folkrm shipped me two baskets free of charge.
Shipping was fast and I put it on extra tight so it will not fall off again. Unfortunately, the poles are so nice someone stole them last weekend when we were in the lodge:( I should have separated the poles into different locations to prevent this. Lesson learned.
Somehow a basket came loose from one of my poles that I had recently purchased. I contacted the company and they were happy to send out a replacement set. These baskets install easily, and I haven’t had a problem since.
