Awesome poles for the backcountry

These poles are great - nice feel with the ability to micro-adjust hand position on the fly while climbing ... love em!

Just what I've been looking for

Splitboarder. Usually get 60-70 backcountry days a season. Recently picked up a pair of last year's model in 145 cm. I really like them. I'm 6'2.5" and I had been wanting longer poles to help me have better/stronger posture, especially while touring in powder. These fit the bill, and my back is much happier and I look less cro-magnon in pictures now :). I've been out a few days on them, and don't think I'll be going back to my 135 collapsible poles (another brand). I would be interested to see the Folkrm collapsible version in a 145, but I rarely break my other ones down anyway. Also, I saw someone from the PNW mentioning an icing issue on one of the reviews. I have been out in single digit and negative single digit storm days now with no issue at all here in Colorado. Stoked all around!

Great Poles and awesome service

Absolutely love these poles. Being able to choke up on steep couloirs makes a big difference. Customer service has been awesome. Highly recommended!

Bomber, comfortable, lightweight

My go-to pole for everything: Backcountry, Side country, resort, uphill, downhill. Super comfortable to hold, quick and easy to adjust by simply sliding the hand up or down on the generous grip length. Have been curious about the baton style since my buddy had a pair sent over from France, was not disappointed when I finally got a pair from Folkrm. Highly recommend, love the simple design, less to fiddle with or worry about in the backcountry.
