Gage had the privilege of growing up in Crested Butte, Colorado with awesome parents who loved to ski. From a young age Gage was skiing as much as he could on his local mountain, and only progressed when he moved to Bozeman, Montana for college. In Bozeman he also began to pursue the AMGA and avalanche instructor tracks, landing him his first guiding job in Estes Park fresh out of college. From this experience Gage got jobs on Rainier, Denali, and in the Tetons, where he now works year round. When not guiding, Gage is traveling the world on skis from Chile to Italy and New Zealand and everywhere else he can get to.  When not in the mountains Gage is an avid juggler, reader, bananagrams player, and a connoisseur of thrift store Hawaiian shirts.

Accomplishments:

Denali, Liberty Ridge and countless other Rainier climbs and skis, dozens of Baker and Shuksan climbs and skis, forbidden ski traverse, volcanoes in Chile, ski mountaineering in the Dolomites, and of course lots of skiing in the Tetons.
