Zack spends his winters in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he studies Emergency Medical Services at the University of Utah. While avoiding his schoolwork, you'll probably find him skiing powder and climbing ice in the Wasatch range or wandering aimlessly through the Southern Utah desert and its many canyons and rivers. He spends his summers working in Grand Teton National Park, WY, and enjoying the endless adventures that the range provides.

Accomplishments:

First ascent/ski descent of the North Face of Peak 7905', Alaska Range.
First ski descent of the Southwest Ridge of Avalanche Spire, Alaska Range.
Speed record holder on "South Seas" 5.8 A3+ VI, El Capitan, Yosemite.
Winter ascent of "Hairline" 5.10 C2+ V, Mt. Whitney, California.
"Rad Spencer Scholarship Fund" inaugural recipient.
