Shipping Destinations

Folkrm ships long grip backcountry ski poles and long grip backcountry splitboard poles to addresses in the United States and Canada.

For international orders outside of the US and Canada, please visit our Store Locator to find an authorized Folkrm dealer in your region.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via USPS, UPS, Canada Post, OnPoint, and FleetOptics depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 4-7 business days after your order ships, though actual delivery times may vary based on carrier performance and factors beyond our control including weather, carrier delays, or high-volume shipping periods.

Expedited Shipping: 2-day shipping is available when offered at checkout, subject to carrier availability in your area.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include processing time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping (USPS only) is available on qualifying orders:

  • Orders of 2 or more Wyeast poles
  • Orders of any other Folkrm pole models

Free shipping applies to standard USPS delivery only and is limited to US and Canadian addresses.

International Shipments & Customs

Canadian Orders: All Canadian orders ship from our warehouse in Vancouver, Canada, ensuring duty-free delivery to Canadian customers.

US Orders: US orders may ship from either our Canadian or US facilities depending on inventory availability.

Duties & Taxes: There are no duties on shipments within Canada or from Canada to the US. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, GST, PST, HST, or VAT based on their shipping destination as required by law.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Folkrm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes with expedited shipping methods. Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available where carrier services permit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your building management, and contact the carrier directly. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@folkrm.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@folkrm.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to pay customs fees where applicable, or refusal of delivery) may be subject to restocking fees and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframes, Folkrm is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier performance issues, weather events, natural disasters, customs delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

During peak seasons (holidays, major sales events), please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
