The best backcountry poles I’ve ever owned

I hesitated buying these because I kept on wondering how much the long grip actually helps. Was it worth buying a new set of poles? It turns out for me— categorically yes. I drastically underestimated how much I’d like to be able to adjust grip whenever I wanted— especially on steep skin track sections. I really really love these things.

Great poles.

Poles are durable and the tall grip surface makes these poles good for both uphill and downhill demands of the backcountry.

Weird to hold, made my hand cramp a bunch and the bottom basket kept getting stuck in the snow which made turning harder

Light and functional

These poles are a great addition to my touring kit. They’re light, have a super functional multi-height grip, and perform in hand shear tests well. I’m loving them!
